Annarella riporta un notizia del Financial Times che, vista dall’Italia, ha dell’incredibile: i Top Manager di Deutsche Bank hanno deciso di rinunciare alla parte variabile del proprio stipendio, ai bonus legati ad obiettivi, che ovviamente più si sale di livello più diventano pesanti rispetto allo stipendio fisso, stiamo parlando di decine di milioni di euro.

Deutsche said the 10 members of its global executive committee – including Anshu Jain, head of global markets, and Michael Cohrs, head of global banking – would follow Mr Ackermann’s lead and give up any bonuses earned this year.

Mr Ackermann earned €14m last year, €12.7m of which was performance-related or tied to long-term incentives.

Mr Ackermann said his bonus payment, which would have amounted to millions of euros, should instead be shared by “deserving employees who need the money more than I do”.
